Jenny N. Tran, Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer

With over ten years of management experience with for-profit and non-profit organizations, Jenny Tran is the day-to-day internal leader of Hayes & Associates. In overseeing all the operational and internal functions of H&A, Tran frees founder Leslie Hayes to focus on strategic external matters for our clients, such as fundraising, public relations and key partnerships. In her role as COO, Ms. Tran controls the finance, technology and human resources aspects of H&A. Jenny and Leslie work hand-in-hand to establish the goals and objectives that have led H&A to more than 20 years of success.

Ms. Tran’s previous experience as Operations Manager, Information Technology Director, and Web Master at H&A, coupled with her background in project management and financial analysis, provides a unique skill set that enables her to play a vital behind-the-scenes role in servicing H&A’s clients and aiding our personnel. Ms. Tran continues to work closely with clients to ensure that H&A provides the appropriate IT services to fit the specific needs of their respective projects. She also maintains and recommends technology applications for H&A and its clients.

A graduate of Marymount University, her extensive experience in Business Administration and Finance includes a specialization in Computer Information Systems Technology. Her profile also includes work with notable organizations like the Easter Seals Society, where she served as a Development Coordinator and Web Administrator. As H&A continues working with and providing services for notable national and international establishments, we view this type of experience as a benefit to our organization.

Growing up in a large Vietnamese family has prepared Ms. Tran for the often-stressful occasions where the needs of the many may outweigh the resources of the few or the one! Her "calm in the storm" demeanor adds to the framework of professionalism that Hayes & Associates strives to provide to each and every client it serves.

Ms. Tran resides in Woodbridge, Virginia with her husband and two children.
